Suisse : la rencontre EcoÉglise, c’est pour bientôt !

Chaque année l’Église évangélique réformée du canton de Vaud, l’Église évangélique réformée du canton de Neuchâtel, les Églises réformées francophones Berne-Jura-Soleure et l’Église protestante de Genève se joignent aux Églises catholiques de Suisse romande pour échanger dans le cadre de la rencontre EcoÉglise.

La prochaine rencontre, qui se déroulera le 23 août 2025 à Saint Blaise, proposera huit ateliers (ou temps de partage) aux participants : énergie et physique du bâtiment, balade le long du Ruau, vos espaces verts pour la biodiversité, penser la crise écologique et choisir l’espérance, world Game : notre monde, l’argent et le CO2, visite d’une épicerie participative, la forêt-jardin, un petit éden vert.ueux !, modeler et se laisser modeler avec la poterie.

En fin de journée, Jacob Marquer-Rollison, chercheur en sciences humaine, présentera les travaux du Français Jacques Ellul (1912-1994), théologien protestant et sociologue parmi les plus visionnaires quant aux enjeux écologiques et sociétaux de notre époque.

Notre communauté d’Églises qui s’est engagée dans l’action commune « habitez autrement la création » apporte tout son soutien aux organisateurs de cette journée.


Switzerland: The EcoChurch meeting is coming soon!

 

Every year, the Evangelical Reformed Church of the Canton of Vaud, the Evangelical Reformed Church of the Canton of Neuchâtel, the French-speaking Reformed Churches of Bern-Jura-Solothurn, and the Protestant Church of Geneva join forces with the Catholic Churches of French-speaking Switzerland to exchange ideas at the EcoChurch meeting.

 

The next meeting, which will take place on August 23, 2025, in Saint Blaise, will offer participants eight workshops (or sharing sessions): energy and building physics, a walk along the Ruau, your green spaces for biodiversity, thinking about the ecological crisis and choosing hope, World Game: our world, money, and CO2, visit to a participatory grocery store, the forest garden, a small green Eden, modeling and being modeled with pottery.

 

At the end of the day, Jacob Marquer-Rollison, a researcher in human sciences, will present the work of Frenchman Jacques Ellul (1912-1994), a Protestant theologian and sociologist who was one of the most visionary thinkers on the ecological and societal issues of our time.

Our community of churches, which is committed to the joint action “live differently in creation,” offers its full support to the organizers of this day.
